Terms of Use
Last updated: 20 October 2026
These terms apply to Lumidex Drift (“the game”), made by Lumidex Studio. By playing you agree to them and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. If anything here conflicts with Apple’s agreement, Apple’s agreement wins.
Playing the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial use. Don’t copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell it, or interfere with its servers.
The world leaderboard
- Your player name is public. It must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate anyone (including us) or contain personal information.
- Don’t cheat: no modified apps, automated play or tampering with scores.
- We may rename, hide or remove names and scores that break these rules, and remove entries at our discretion. You can report a name by swiping it on the leaderboard.
Ads and purchases
- The game is free and supported by ads, including optional videos you can watch for a revive.
- “No forced ads” is a one-off purchase that removes ads shown between runs. Optional reward videos stay available. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policy. Use Restore purchases in the cog menu on a new device.
- Prices may vary by country and may change.
Changes and availability
We may update the game, change features (including leaderboards and ads), or stop offering it. We’ll try to give notice of significant changes.
Liability
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for lost scores or progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or EU, you keep the protections of your local consumer law.
